Founded in 2010 with a small portfolio of single-family homes, VHRE Properties has since grown into a dynamic private real estate investment company with a diverse presence across all major asset classes. VHRE Properties has expanded into hospitality, commercial mixed-use developments, niche resorts, multi-family and strategic land acquisitions — all selected for their potential to create lasting value and strengthen the communities they serve.

Keith Van Horn, Managing Partner
As Managing Partner of VHRE Properties, Keith Van Horn leads the company’s investment strategy and long-term vision. A former NBA player turned entrepreneur and investor, Keith brings the same discipline, leadership, and competitive drive from his athletic career into the world of real estate. He has long been inspired by the power of real estate to shape meaningful places — spaces that strengthen communities and positively impact the lives of residents, employees, and local businesses alike.
After earning Consensus 1st Team All-American honors and winning the ESPN National Player of the Year Award in 1997 while a member of the University of Utah basketball team, Keith went on to spend 10 seasons in the National Basketball Association, competing in two NBA Finals and establishing himself as one of the league’s premier forwards. Following his professional basketball career, he transitioned into the business world, successfully developing and selling multiple companies while maintaining a strong and consistent focus in real estate investments.
