We invest in unique properties, generally for 10+ years, that provide value to our communities while delivering consistent annual returns. We are currently invested in a wide range of real estate assets including commercial and mixed use, hospitality, multi-family and niche resorts valued at nearly 300 million dollars.
Hospitality
We maintain a wide range of investments in the hospitality space including Marriott and Hyatt Hotels, Hotel Indigo and the Maven Hotel (Denver, CO).
Commercial & Mixed Use
It is exciting to invest in great projects that improve and shape communities, such as our investment in the Dairy Block, Denver with its wide range of restaurants, markets, retail space and commercial offices with tenants such as Pro Logis and Apple.
Niche Resorts & STR’s
We believe that investment in short term rentals and resorts in niche communities and locations provide both opportunities for great returns and exceptional experiences for guests and families. Check out our newest project, Branson Shores - A Table Rock Lake Resort in the beautiful Ozarks.
Residential and Multi-Family
Though not a major investment in our current portfolio, we have previously invested in a portfolio of single family homes, multi-family properties and consistently evaluate new opportunities.
Land Acquisition and Development
We consistently evaluate undeveloped land purchases and look for opportunities where development can improve local communities and drive significant revenue growth.
